WPL 2026 Auction Rules
Let me quickly share the important rules in simple words:
Each team can have 15 to 18 players only.
Across the five teams, there are 73 vacancies in total of which 23 are for foreign players.
For the first time, a team can use five RTM (Right to Match) cards to bring back players from their 2025 squads.
If a team retained fewer players, then they can use more RTMs and get more money to spend.
In total, the purse for all the teams is ₹41.1 crore.
